This recipe is is great for the puree phase as well as the soft food phase. You can get a little more creative in the soft food phase by placing the mozerella cheese on top (instead of mixed in), or using a chunkier marinara sauce to give a little more texture.
Ingredients
- 8oz low fat ricotta
- 1/2 cup grated parmasean Cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (without chunks)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozerella
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 fareinheight.
- Mix all ingredients together except marinara.
- Place in an oven safe dish.
- Top with marinara.
- Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes.
