Feeling quite a bit better today. I’m also down 10 lbs in 6 days, so I’m not complaining. I’m still trying to find my whole rhythm with the full liquids. I have a few questions to ask the Doctor at my 1 week follow up visit tomorrow because I keep hearing different information about what qualifies as a “full liquid”. I plan to make a page of the most helpful things I’ve found doing this liquid phase low sugar/no aspartame/gluten free in case someone else is struggling with this. So many products are “faux food” with so many additives, or are overly sweet with artificial sweeteners. Many of the cream base soups allowed have wheat flour in them for thickener, which doesn’t work for me due to a wheat allergy. So I’m struggling. I’ll figure it out, eventually.
