Now that I’m on purees, I have lowered my carbs a little. The nutritionist said to eat 5 times a day and aim for no more than 20g of carbs and 10g of sugar for a each meal. This put me at 100g if carbs a day. However, I have a hard time regulating my appetite when I eat over 50 grams a day. So I reduced it back down to 50. This has helped with my appetite some.
I haven’t been able to post much the last couple weeks, but hopefully things slow down a bit more now. I’m looking forward to some warmer weather so I can get outside and walk. My toddler and I have been couped up too long inside over this winter! We’re both ready to get out of the house.
