I’ll be honest, I’ve been so incredibly tired I have had a hard time even coming up with motivational post this Monday. So the quote below seemed pretty fitting!
“Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.”
This is why it’s so important to change our habits. So that when the motivation just isn’t there (and there will come a time when it won’t be there), new and healthier habits will get us through.
I don’t know why I’m so exhausted lately. I’m at about 1,000 calories, getting my 60-90g of protein, drinking my water, and taking all my vitamins. Perhaps it is just my body spending energy on healing still. But I sure hope the fatigue lightens up soon!
